The original character of the village has been maintained in this garoup of old houses. It features a communal area - a place where people can spend time together.Inside, it is welcoming and homey as well as being both comfortable and modern.Completely restored combining traditional materials with new technology and furnished in local Tuscan style, the accommodation offers you elegant and traditional living.The rooms are large, simple and finely well furnished with fabulous views from every window.

We have taken care to offer you every facility: to meet your needs and give you privacy.Take advantage of the wonderful heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi and relax in the area around it. The communal area "L'Olivo" has a fitness center with gym and Turkish bath, as well as a large room with a fireplace, barbecue and kitchen which can be used for special occasions.

"The little Borgo" as it is also known offers all of this plus it is in a sunny position with a dry and mild climate (due to its nearness to the sea) making it enjoyable all year round

L'OLIVO - THE COMMON AREA L'OLIVO: Guests staying at "The little Hamlet" can make use of the large communal area which includes a fabulousSwimming pool (140 sq.meters) with Jacuzzi and on area to relax in; a wood oven with barbecue, a large room (130 sq. m) with completed fitted kitchen and fireplace, which can be used on request for parties, dinners, cookery courses, etc.

The large reception room leads on to a 100-sq.meter fitness centre with a gym and underwater view of the swimming pool, a Turkish bath and shower Jacuzzi.

The communal area is at the total disposal of guests staying at "The Little Hamlet", without any extra cost, apart from specially requested services (see facilities on request).This area can also be rented separately for specific activities when there aren't guests in the houses

THE HOUSES: The complex also offers a huge tiled patio area for al fresco dining with panoramic views over historic Lucca and towards Pisa and the sea, and is completed by an enormous heated pool with hydro massage and landscaped gardens.

A huge Functions room/Conference room comprising fireplace and large kitchen is also available; in addition, there is a BBQ and wood-burning oven. There is also an area for two cars to park inside the property.

In the immediate vicinity there are two excellent restaurants renowned for their Tuscan cuisine.

The houses can be rented separately or all together, in which case the customers will have exclusive use of the pool, the functions room and the gymnasium.

IL MELOGRANO: (110 sq meters) is entirely constructed of stone, refined using handmade bricks, Tuscan cotto, tiled floors and wooden beamed ceilings, the kitchen and bathrooms are finished off in stone and marble.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a fireplace adjacent to a kitchen, a large door leads into a recess, a single bedroom with an independent entrance and bathroom en suite with shower unit and closet.

On the first floor there are three twin bedrooms, one with a bathroom (with shower unit) en suite, while the other two share a bathroom with a bath (Sleeps 7 people).

IL NESPOLI: (About 150 sq meters) is laid out on three floors. The entrance leads into a large lounge with a fireplace; on the same floor there is a dining room and a kitchen with an independent entrance with a wide recess, a bathroom with a bath.

Downstairs there is a double bedroom with an independent entrance and a bathroom with a shower.Upstairs there are two twin bedrooms, both with bathroom with a shower unit (sleeps 6 people).

IL GELSO: (About 150 sq meters)is laid out on three floors. The two entrances in front of the pool lead to a spacious lounge with a fireplace and a kitchen with an outside dining area. On the same floor there is a double bedroom, a bathroom with a bath, a closet.

Downstairs there is a single bedroom (or studio) with an independent entrance and a bathroom with a shower.

Upstairs there are two spacious twin rooms both with bathrooms with an en suite shower unit.

ON REQUEST: Parties and dinners on pool patio area or in Functions Room can be organized. Professional cook available (Also for private cooking in the apartments).
