Tigliano Tuscany

Villa Tigliano is a striking villa nestled among a large olive grove, offering beautiful views of the Florentine countryside.

This villa can be found in Rufina one of the 7 defined zones for producing Chianti. Tigliano was built in the 17th century and boasts the classic architecture of this period.

First Floor: On the first floor, there's a living room with a fireplace and satellite TV. One bedroom with a king size bed and en suite bathroom with tub, separate shower and 2 clothes closets. A second bedroom has a large French size bed with en suite bathroom with shower, and small closet. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds. An additional powder/bathroom is also located on the first floor also.

Second Floor: On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms, both with double beds, one with an en-suite bathroom with shower. An additional bathroom with tub is on this floor. On the second floor there is one bedroom with double beds and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has double beds and access to an additional bathroom with tub down the hall.

Tower: There is also a tower with a queen size bed and a balcony. The bathroom is located on the stairs between the two floors. There is a security deposit of 3,000Euros

Ground Floor: Clients will enjoy a large, completely furnished Kitchen with a table for 10. Off of the kitchen clients can relax in the large living room with fireplace and an additional dining area, and guest bathroom without shower.
