Located in the scenic Montaione which is one of the beautiful areas of Tuscany, this superb property offers the most elegant, luxurious, country style accommodation. Together with it's sister Villas, Villa Certello and La Vecchia Scuola, they make up the 1,000 acre Fattoria Santo Stefano. All together, a party of 50 people can be accommodated for large gatherings or special events, such as Wedding Parties or Corporate Meetings.
The impressive hill-top location affords spectacular, sweeping 360 degree views that stretch literally for miles across the 1,000 acre Fattoria Santo Stefano Estate to the neighbouring towns and villages. Podere Vignola is unique in that it can be enjoyed either exclusively as a single villa or taken as individual suites.
The property comprises the main villa, featuring 6 fully independent, superior apartment suites, and a smaller adjacent Cottage providing 2 further suites. There are a total of 12 double bedrooms and 5 single bedrooms. When rented as a 12 bedroom villa, Suite 2 is closed off. Spacious, with private sitting rooms and full country kitchens, all suites ensure maximum privacy and extra personal space.
The pool-house offers a beautiful country kitchen and large comfortably furnished dining/sitting room where all guests may gather together. Double glass doors open out directly to the loggia (pool veranda) which with its fantastic panorama is the perfect setting for alfresco dining, especially sunset time.

The splendid, mosaic tiled, infinity pool has its own spa bath, is one depth and has sweeping Roman steps leading into it for simple access. The pool sun terrace is paved in marble and terracotta.The extensive Mediterranean garden features charming winding terracotta walkways, vast green lawn areas and the prettiest thyme, rose and lavender borders. The gardens and pool are all illuminated in the evenings.

Features
Suites: Suites at Vignola are 2 or 3 bed-roomed, 2 bath-roomed (all with shower) and can sleep from 2-5 guests. Each suite is fully air conditioned throughout and has its own fully equipped country kitchen (hob, oven, most with dishwasher) dining area and comfortable sitting room, some with sofa-bed for occasional use and most with open fire place, Sat Tv. All ground floor suites have direct garden access. First floor suites have their own private entrance and terracotta paved stairway.
Pool house: This beautifully restored brick barn serves as a central area for guests to gather together. It offers a spacious dining and sitting area, a full country kitchen (double oven, hob, grill, dishwasher), private bathroom, vast open fireplace, and enormous outdoor double barbecue grill, work area and roasting spit. The pool house is fully air-conditioned and heated.

Exterior:
Pool with hydro-massage: mosaic tiled infinity pool with hydro-massage. Roman steps lead down into pool. Depth 1.5m with shallower hydro-massage tub one end. Marble and terracotta paved sun terrace which on the one side is surrounded by a rose garden and on the other side leads directly onto a large flat lawn area. Beautiful, fully cushioned, wrought iron, pool and garden furniture. The one level pool and spacious lawn areas make Vignola an idea place for children.
Pool loggia - open veranda: the pool house looks straight onto the wooden beamed, terracotta paved, shady pool veranda which is fully furnished for dining and relaxing.
Gardens: The gardens are vast. Around the house are winding terracotta walkways, lawns, Mediterranean shrubs and bushes and perfumed rose, lavender and herb borders. The pool, loggia, garden and
walkways are illuminated at night.
Rentals at Podere Vignola run from Saturday to Saturday.
