Villa Nobile is an elegant and charming property plunged into a wonderful Tuscan landscape.
This country-house is scattered on a “knoll” overlooking the Tuscany hills. Two floors, joined by a great central staircase, compose the house. The large and elegant rooms make the atmosphere ideal for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. In the summer, a large garden sloping down to the swimming pool offers the opportunity to appreciate the charming beauty of one of the most beautiful countrysides in the world.
On the ground floor you find two wonderful big rooms divided by a large central corridor.
On the right hand side there is a large kitchen with the dining room, and the dining room is furnished with antique furniture.
On the first floor the house has six large bedrooms. The house is completely furnished with antique furniture, rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with Satellite TV, bathrooms with showers. Some of them have facilities for handicapped people.
The Villa has a wonderful garden with a heated swimming pool and jacuzzi. Ancient trees and green meadows make the ambient rich of shadows and quiet places: the ideal place to relax and rest the body and mind.

- Please note that Italy villas rent from Saturday to Saturday. Exceptions may be possible on a case by case basis and upon request.
- The Italian government has implemented a Visitor’s Tax of €1.50 per person per day and applies to all overnight stays for the first seven days in the destination. This tax is payable to the local property manager.
