Vistamare - Forte dei Marmi Tuscany

Vistamare is a wonderful 4 bedroom, seaview villa approximately 3 kms from the center of the famous seaside town of Forte dei Marmi.

Ground Floor: Large living/dining are and a large kitchen with dishwasher and a table with chairs. On this floor there is one air-conditoned double bedroom and a children's bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed. These two bedrooms share a large bathroom with tub and shower. From the living room there is a stairway that takes you to a basement with a washing machine and a small bathroom.

First Floor: Two king-size bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom with shower and the other one with an outside bathroom with shower. Both rooms have their own terrace with a sea view. Please note these bedrooms are not air-condtioned. The villa can accommodate 8-9 people.

Grounds: Large garden, with parking for several cars, great built-in barbeque/pizza oven and a beautiful pool and terrace.

Location Information: The village of Cinquale is about 500 meters.
The Golf Club in Forte dei Marmi at about 5km.
One of the best bathing establishments of all Versilia named ?Henderson? is in front of the Villa.

Inclusions:

  • Gardener every morning for the garden and the pool
  • Maid 2 times a week for 3 hours.

Extras: There is a telephone and internet connection usuage. Electricity and Heating. The pool is heated and paid upon usuage. Extra maid service and cook service are available upon request. 12 Euros per hour. Security Deposit of 5,000 Euros.

This house overlooks the road that runs along the entire coast of Versilia that connects Viareggio to Massa - Carrara and is quite buzy with traffic, especially during the summer months. Please note that traffic noises can be hear from the terrace and pool area.

In adddition, there is a local airport located in Cinquale (approximaely 500 meters) from the vila. This is a very small airport that is used for private planes.

  • Due to limited transportation in outlying and rural areas, a rental car is essential for stays at countryside villas in Italy. We are more than happy to arrange a car for you during your stay, please just let us know at time of booking.

During July and August there is is a mandatory one month rental. At all other times, one week rentals are on a request basis. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday with the arrival time being after 4:00pm and departure prior to 11:00am.
