Casa Bianca Umbria

Casa Bianca is a charming villa set on top of a hill that surrounds the charming medieval town of Todi.

Here you can enjoy a full spectacular view of the Tiber valley and surrounding Riverplanes national park as this villa has the most gorgeous views of the area.

The house has been completely built with local materials like stone, wood beams and terracotta tiles, all in combination with glass. The interiors have been especially created in a modern style for a perfect combination between old and new. This particular choice makes each room very bright and fresh. You can also enjoy full privacy from each bedroom as its own private access to the garden.The yard that surrounds the house is a perfect combination of wild woods and well kept grass, plants, flowers and perfumed herbs.

The pool nestled in this beautiful garden, has the most spectacular view and is a simple but interesting shape. On the ground floor there is a lovely kitchen and dining area, all surrounded by glass so a lot of light comes through. Just beside it there is the master bedroom with its en-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower room. On the other side of the kitchen, another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub with its own outdoor terrace. On the lower level, through a staircase you reach a large living room, witha fireplace. Just beside it is a Tv/Projection room with a very large and comfortable sofa. On the other side of the living room there is a very large twin room with two queen size beds and a large window to access the garden and en-suite bathroom. On the same floor, another twin room with two lovely single beds. To the rear is a separately accessed single room for staff with shower.

The house is on top of a high hill and the road to access the property is white and in good condition, although we discourage sports or very low cars.
