The house is very conveniently located as it's only a short distance from the most interesting historical towns of Umbria and Tuscany. The villa has its own swimming pool, 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. There is a magnificent large sitting room leading down two steps to an equally large kitchen & dining area. Doors lead out to a covered terrace for al fresco dining for up to 8 guests. The terrace overlooks the gardens & swimming pool.
