Villa Bourbon is composed of two independent but also interconnecting apartments in the main villa with a little cottage just beside it. The Villa has been furnished with elegance and taste by the owner who used family antique furniture and prestigious fabrics from Florence. All around, a beautiful and enchanting garden make this place very special with its century trees, seasonal flowers and green grass, all very well kept with a big attention to details.

The large pool, nestled in this beautiful scenery is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the view of the Tuscan countryside. The pool is in common use with the owners who rarely use it. The ground floor apartment can host up to 6 people and is composed of cozy entrance, living room with fireplace, dining room, big stone built kitchen with working fireplace, 2 double bedrooms one with canopy bed, 1 twin bedroom, 3 bathrooms, 1 with Jacuzzi bath, 1 with Jacuzzi shower and 1 with shower, little study with a couch.

The first floor apartment can host up to 7 people and is composed of a large entrance with a stone fireplace, living room with dining area and sofa bed, kitchen, 2 doubles, 1 twin with canopy beds, 4 bathrooms, 1 with Jacuzzi bath shower, one with Jacuzzi shower and one with shower.

The cottage is only a few meters from the main villa and can host up to 4 people, ideal for family with kids. it composes of a large outdoor patio, living room with dining area and kitchenette, double bedroom, wooden loft with two single beds (not suitable for very small children) bathrooms with Jacuzzi shower and panoramic terrace with view of Cortona.

The property is located in a strategic area to explore Tuscany and Umbria. Is located just below Cortona where you will find shops, restaurant, bars and wineries.

  • Due to limited transportation in outlying and rural areas, a rental car is essential for stays at countryside villas in Italy. We are more than happy to arrange a car for you during your stay, please just let us know at time of booking.
  • Please note that Italy villas rent from Saturday to Saturday. Exceptions may be possible on a case by case basis and upon request.
  • The Italian government has implemented a Visitor’s Tax of €1.50 per person per day and applies to all overnight stays for the first seven days in the destination. This tax is payable to the local property manager.
