A tree-lined avenue leads up to the villa which is situated at the top of the hill and which offers breath-taking 360-degree views.The beauty of the scenery and landscape makes one part of the garden unique; this area has been transformed into a terrace and has been fitted with a dining table and sofas which face onto open countryside bordered only by distant valleys and by Montecastello di Vibio – a typical medieval hill-town. The interior of the villa is also extremely charming; a welcoming atmosphere is created through a wealth of tasteful ornaments, paintings and elegant furniture. All the bedroom are spacious, have beautiful views and are fitted with a telephone. The swimming pool is just a few steps away from the villa and offers spectacular views, with Todi visible in the distance. The scenery can also be enjoyed from the many furnished areas of the 1 hectare of garden which is lusciously green and well shaded by ancient trees. The pool area is wonderfully relaxing. A very short dirt road leads from the electric gate to the parking of the villa.
