This is the ideal place for a peaceful holiday while at the same time being convenient for visiting Umbria's most famous attractions such as Perugia, Gubbio, Assisi, Todi, Città di Castello, the lake Trasimeno and many others; all reachable by car in 20-30 minutes.

The villa was built with local old stone, wooden beams and terracotta in full respect of the surrounding landscape. All materials are hand crafted making every little detail unique. The garden is a mix of wild bush, oaks, olive trees and well kept grass. The pool is in a panoramic position and well integrated in the natural environment. There is kitchen, a bathroom, and the living room hasa fireplace with a double room are located on the main floor. The kitchen, that has a table for ten, looks onto the swimming pool and the garden where there is an equipped eating area. On this floor there is a garret with a double room with bathroom; a plastered wall conceals a wardrobe and delimits a relaxing area with a view onto the living room. An ample spiral staircase leads to the ground floor where there are two en-suite bedrooms (one with shower, the other one with a bathtub) that have direct access to another open air breakfast area in the garden. The same floor has a laundry room, a storage room and a cellar. All windows and doors have mosquito-nets. The swimming pool is 12 m. by 6 m., from 1.40 to 1.50 m. deep. It is illuminated by night and a there is a barbecue nearby.
