All bedrooms have air-conditioning, plus Casablanca ceiling fans are set to capture the cross breezes for the ultimate Caribbean look and feel.

This villa has everything from spacious bedrooms with en-suite to a fully-equipped, air-conditioned gym complete with steam room. The kitchen is furnished with state-of-the-art appliances and equipment you need for a simple breakfast to a lobster dinner.

The fitness pavilion is equipped with a TechnoGym ExciteBike, Precor Elliptical Machine, Precor Weight Tower, Water Rower and Yoga mats and blocks.

The infinity pool offers captivating views to St. Martin and to the west for sunset. 

The master bedroom opens to the pool deck and has ceiling fans and air-conditioning. There is one guest bedroom on the main floor and a second guest bedroom on the upper floor, both with air-conditioning, ceiling fans and en-suite bathrooms. Both bedrooms are on the eastern side with large windows with screens to capture the cool breezes.
