Overview
The villa, is approximately 8,000 square feet and can accommodate up to 16 guests. The living room features brand new furniture, a 200-bottle wine cellar, wet bar with seating for four guests, a fireplace and a 65” 4K ULTRA HD Smart TV. Oversize windows let in natural light and allow access to the backyard.
The luxurious kitchen has high-end Viking appliances and is fully stocked with all the necessities to cook your favorite meals. The kitchen table has seating for six guests, plus there is additional seating at the island for four more. Just off the kitchen is the formal dining room. This space has a table with seating for eight guests plus direct access to the outdoor covered patio for indoor/outdoor meals.
Each of the bedrooms have a brand new 4K ULTRA HD Smart TV and include hypo-allergenic sheets, towels, pillows and linens for your comfort.
Orangewood Mansion is perfect for families, with plentiful options for entertainment. Inside is a billiards room that includes a pool table and arcade games, a 10-person bar, and 70"TVs. Outdoors, there is a game room with a ping pong table, cornhole, basketball foosball, shuffleboard and a big screen TV! Guests will love the outdoor living space that features a swimming pool, spa, and built-in summer kitchen with barbecue. The large resort style, heated swimming pool and spa are the perfect way to soak up Scottsdale’s famous sunshine!
The villa includes a laundry room with two top loading washers and dryers. Free highspeed wireless internet is available throughout the property. There is also a private two-car garage.
