Overview

Nestled in Casa de Campo, one the most renowned gated villages of the Caribbean, be ready to experience a secluded and private, yet vibrant holidays with your beloved ones.

When entering this massive villa, before stepping into the main foyer, an exuberant gallery with terracotta roof tiles and solid white columns welcomes you and your friends or family. The first thing you will notice is the classic, yet overwhelming chandelier in the middle of a large living room, governed by an immaculate white and decorated with a modern and minimalist style. Next is the dining table with 14 seats of leather, hardwood, and wicker. For some exercise, you can use the two treadmills in the gym nextdoor or to lay back and relax you can use the TV room. When it´s time for a snack or an elaborate meal, you can prepare it in the fully equipped kitchen.

Stepping outside means to discover a whole new world with the incredible views and soft touch of a gentle breeze coming from the Caribbean under a flourishing gallery with multiple spots to sit and enjoy the view, from the alfresco dining for eight next to the BBQ. On the same level, the large swimming pool offers all you need to cool off and the hot tub secures lots of fun and relaxation for all ages.

From the first floor, take the stairs down to a gigantic family room with everything you need to take your vacations to the next level: a TV area, table tennis, a play-hockey table and a pool table.

When it´s time to sleep, everybody will find a nice bed to get tucked under the sheets. On the first floor, you will find the master bedroom with a king bed, a small breakfast table, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with dual vanity and two stand-alone showers. The second bedroom offers a king bed, and the third and forth two queen beds each. All three have en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. These four bedrooms have direct access to the balcony, offering mesmerizing views and have a TV. On the lower level, is the fifth bedroom with a king bed and the sixth bedroom has 2 Queen Beds. Both have a walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom, direct access to the garden and TV.

Casa de Campo

This villa is located in Casa de Campo, offering guests 3 championship golf courses, 3 polo fields, 14 tennis courts, 4 swimming pools and complete water sport facilities. Culinary choices are extensive in the 9 restaurants and 7 bars - whether a thatch-roofed bar on stilts or the exotic glamour of Tropicana serving 'Caribbean Flair.' On Casa de Campo's elite Minitas Beach, guests can enjoy a variety of water sports including kayaking and windsurfing, or just relax by the water.

Historical grandeur is found at the spectacular Altos de Chavón, just minutes from the villa, complete with shops, boutiques, galleries and a museum.

Resort Registration

A resort registration fee is required during your stay in order to access all Casa de Campo amenities and services. The charge is US$ 25 per night from 15 years old and older and US$ 12 per night for youths between the ages of 4 to 14 years old. The registration fee must be paid prior to entering the property and can be paid at the Villa Owners Club office located in the main resort area. This will be charged directly by Casa de Campo resort.

Children below 4 years old do not require resort registration. Each person registered will receive an ID card, which will detail the dates of their stay. This ID card will grant the individual named on the card access to the resort, as well as the various facilities including:

• Access to Equestrian Center
• Access to Shooting Center
• Access to Tennis Courts
• Access to Casa de Campo Spa
• Access to golf courses and advance tee times reservations at applicable rates
• Use of Fitness Center at villa owner’s preferential rates
• Use of towels and chaise lounges at the pool in the main hotel area and Minitas Beach
• Use of courtesy internal hotel guest transportation
• Access to discounts, special offers and promotions for private rental guests in hotel’s restaurants, sports facilities and activities.
• Access to the services of Central Romana Medical Center
