It is the perfect summer home as it is located in a fresh valley and it has a large century old tiglio tree (lime tree) in front of the house where to enjoy lunch, read a book, etc. where there is always a breeze.

This 18th century summer residence, where the owners live during off-season months, is ideal for families or groups looking to spend time together. There are several seating areas, both inside and outside, enabling guests to spend time together while retaining their privacy.

The villa can sleep up to 11 people, on the first floor there are 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The house is well insulated and fans are provided in each bedroom. The first floor has mosquito nets at all the windows.

Villa Cenami Spada has all the features of a classic Tuscan villa - beamed ceiling, terracotta floors, etc. - while being furnished with all the needed comforts such as an extremely well-furnished kitchen, Wi-Fi, mosquito nets, washing machine. The exterior is very charming, there is a small walled formal garden with a stunning view over the hills of Lucca beyond. A few steps lead down to an extensive lawn terrace and the swimming pool rimmed with borders of old roses, irises and hydrangea bushes.

This property is ideally located for those looking to relax in the countryside as well as being able to visit Tuscany and its attractions. There is a small country village approximately 10-minute drive from the house.

Where travelers can find food shops, and ice-cream shop, an International newspaper agent and a bank while at a short drive from the villa, clients can reach the beautiful walled city of Lucca, artsy town of Pietrasanta or the coastal resorts in Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi. Furthermore, the surrounding countryside is perfect for trekking and cycling.

The helpful house caretaker will be happy to support you during your holiday and there is an excellent local chef that can provide cooking service at extra cost.
