No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets subject to $300 fee and immediate removal from unit
The number of guests in the unit cannot exceed the reported guest count without approval
Guests are expected to follow posted speed limits and drive cautiously
Unauthorized late checkouts are subject to a $100/hr fee
