Overview

Please note 1/21/2020: There is currently construction occurring in the vicinity of Casa Paraiso, a new condo project. Noise has not yet been an issue, however we cannot guarantee there will not be any noise pollution going forward. Construction hours are 8am to 5pm Monday through Saturday. The project will likely take 18 months to 2 years to complete. The new condo project will partially block the downtown view. Ocean views are not compromised.

Casa Paraiso is a stylish property that has all the rich architectural details of a classic Vallarta villa with all the luxury comforts and amenities you’d expect. Vaulted ceilings with massive wood beams and colorful hand painted tiles in the kitchens and bathrooms adorn the indoors, while outdoors highlights private terraces and courtyards surrounded by lush tropical gardens all with spectacular views of Old Town and the Bay of Banderas.
The hillside location just above the town gives breathtaking views, yet is a short walk to Los Muertos Beach (Blue Chairs) and Puerto Vallarta’s Zona Romantica where you will find some of the best restaurants, art galleries, shopping and nightlife.

Within a few blocks you will find the famous Malecon (boardwalk), the iconic Church of our Lady Guadalupe and countless dining opportunities.
Meal service included will be 2 meals per day, breakfast and lunch or a pre-prepared meal for dinner (for guests to heat up). Full service dinner is available for an additional fee of $50/day.
The media room on the upper level has a sleeper sofa, ensuite with half bath, and ocean view.
