Overview

Please note:  Due to COVID-19, in the interest and health of staff and guests, only small weddings and celebrations that can be handled in-house will be accepted. There will be no outside caterers, vendors, visitors, or others allowed.  Also, all incoming guests will be subject to their temperatures being taken before they can enter the premises.

Casa Salinas I is a deluxe nine-bedroom, beachfront, private villa on its own secluded sandy beach. This villa is beautifully furnished with an emphasis on color and comfort. The open-air living/dining area has a unique palapa-style ceiling with lovely ocean views.

Enjoy year-round swimming in the spectacular heated pool and terrace area that focuses directly on the ocean. The cook, maid and houseman take pride in serving you with warm Mexican hospitality. Casa Salinas, with its spectacular ocean views, is an ideal setting for relaxed or elegant entertaining.

Maximum occupancy is 18 guests
No more than four children (10 years of age or younger) are accepted per reservation
Please note: there is a resident cat on the property
The staff does not work on Sundays. If you are planning to arrive on a Sunday there is a mandatory additional $150 charge which includes dinner service if requested (cost of food is additional)
Rent Casa Salinas I and Casa Salinas II together
Prices include the staff of houseman, maid and cook 6 days a week.
Prices do not include food, liquor, etc.
Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year- Full price applies, no varying bedroom price.
The villas can be reserved individually or together if more than 6 bedrooms required.
If both villas taken by the same party all guests can dine together in the one villa if desired.
