Villa Amethyste is a brand new, high-end 2-bedroom villa located in Petit Cul de Sac and offers luxurious tranquility. The location may be a little surprising to some for a beautiful villa like this, but the peace and quiet of the Petit Cul de Sac area mix very well with all the high-end amenities, like the home cinema, the well-equipped fitness room, and the excellent sound system. The modern lines of the villa are seamlessly integrated into the natural surroundings, with as a bonus, a private seating area by a small waterfall that can almost make you forget where you are. A spacious living area features two comfortable couches by the TV, as well as the indoor dining area opens to a fully equipped kitchen right behind.
Overview
The living room can be fully opened to benefit from the gentle breezes that will also cool off the outdoor dining area in the beautiful setting adjacent to the rock wall, behind the living room. In the front, the wide terrace, with a heated infinity pool accentuate the views of the Petit Cul de Sac lagoon and surrounding hills.Connected to either side of the living room are 2 comfortable bedrooms. One of the rooms has a king-sized bed, the other two twins that can be made up as a king bed. Each room has a dressing, a desk, and spacious ensuite bathrooms with indoor, as well as outdoor showers.
On the lower level is a large home cinema. Upon request, this room can also accommodate an extra guest, or teenagers, because it comes with a full bathroom. The fitness room, which fully benefits from the views, is accessed from the outside.
This villa will comfortably accommodate two couples traveling together, as well as a family with children or teenagers, who will love the large property with many private areas.
