This charming Provencal styled house is set in very peaceful and private surroundings and located in the very heart of vineyards, off the road leading to L`Escalet.

The property consisting of 5,000 sq m of grounds, is big enough for helicopter access, with a flat lawn garden, which includes some rather wonderful Mediterranean trees and boasts panoramic countryside views. Other features include a pretty fountain, terraces, pergolas and a heated 12 x 5m pool.

The interior of the house is very tastefully decorated with the use of a subtle colour palette, of blues, beiges and whites, as a backdrop to comfortable furniture and pretty country antiques. There is air-conditioning throughout.

Direct access from the entrance into the large open-plan kitchen/dining room. Fully equipped kitchen (6 hobs, oven, dishwasher, fridge) decorated in blue and white, with a breakfast table seating 4 people. The kitchen opens to the dining room with a table seating 8 people. Living room with 2 comfortable sofas, a piano and 2 armchairs. Large TV screen with Canal+ channels. The dining room opens through French windows onto a covered terrace with a large table seating 8 people. The living room opens out on to a terrace with an outdoor living area.

Across from the living room, there is a bedroom, with a double bed (140cm) and a bathroom with bath and washbasin. The second bedroom also has a double bed (160cm) with shower and washbasin. Both bedrooms open out on to the terrace with pergola.

Towards the other side of the house, through the living room, a few steps will lead you to the Master bedroom with a King size bed (180 cm), Television with Canal + channels. Window with views of the beautiful countryside. Downstairs there is an independent bathroom with bath, washbasin and separate WC. There is a garage with laundry room facilities, including washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge and freezer.
