• Main Villa (sleeps 12)
• Ground Floor: Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.
• First Floor: Double bedroom suite with a sitting room and a large bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower stall. Double bedroom sharing a bathroom with shower with a bedroom with a French bed (suitable for one adult or two children). Double bedroom and a twin bedroom sharing a bathroom with bath and shower.
• Annex (sleeps up to 12)
• First Floor: Master suite with double bed, fireplace and en suite bathroom with shower. Two double bedrooms with mezzanine with a single bed, both with en-suite bathrooms with showers. Two twin bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, one with tub and one with shower.

Pool Details

• Seven hectares (twenty acres) of olive groves surround the property's extensive lawns. The private swimming pool, 7 x 14 meters (23 x 46 feet), is set about 20 meters (65 feet) from the house. The pool slopes with depths of 1.5-2.3 meters (5-7.5 feet) and steps for entry/exit. Outdoor shower. Outside, terraces and pergolas filled with flowers provide additional sitting and dining areas. A lawn with clipped hedges leads down through the garden to a stunning, infinity-edged swimming pool overlooking the hills and the estate's private olive groves .

Staff Details

• Morning housekeeping service included for 6 days per week, 4 hours per day. Extra hours: €10 per hour.
• Cook service on request - Daily breakfast and dinner service including table service and grocery shopping: €1000 per week, paid locally
• Food Allowance: €500 per week due upon arrival
• Weekly gardener and daily pool maintenance included

Lazio Villa Notes

• Due to limited transportation in outlying and rural areas, a rental car is essential for stays at countryside villas in Italy. We are more than happy to arrange a car for you during your stay, please just let us know at time of booking.
• Please note that Italy villas rent from Saturday to Saturday. Exceptions may be possible on a case by case basis and upon request.
• The Italian government has implemented a Visitor’s Tax of €1.50 per person per day and applies to all overnight stays for the first seven days in the destination. This tax is payable to the local property manager.
