Renovated in 2003, the Sullivan Estate is a private haven for up to twelve guests. There is an oversize 2-car garage, zone controlled air conditioning, hardwood floors and imported tile throughout. High, wood beamed-ceilings, hand-crafted wood moldings, skylights, fireplaces and french doors create a feeling of timeless grace. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's delight servicing both casual and formal dining rooms. Oversized stone fireplaces illuminate the formal dining room, casual sitting room and sumptuous wood-paneled office. The extraordinary master suite features koa flooring, private sitting room, roman bath, skylights and tiled balcony overlooking the dramatic Pacific. A commercial-grade outdoor kitchen provides for elaborate poolside entertaining.

The Sullivan Estate was built in 1962 by Maurice "Sully" Sullivan, founder of Hawaii's Foodland grocery stores and magnanimous business visionary. Built for entertaining, the property once had a grill that could cook one hundred steaks at a time. The workout rooms were originally car showrooms for his private collection.
