La Colline is located at the foot of Ménerbes, a beautiful perched village offering gorgeous views of the vineyards and Luberon hills.

The fields surrounding the villa delight the eye: here guests are offered an unhurried, relaxing experience of nature. It offers the ideal location in the heart of the "Golden Triangle" of the Luberon.
At the top of a wooded area of 2.5 hectares, this magnificent 500m2 home will offer you superb and exceptional views.The view will astonish you every day. At the poolside, as you look straight ahead, you will see the village of Menerbes and its ramparts; to the West there is Oppède, whereas behind you look out onto the fantastic Mont Ventoux.
By the pool there are comfortable chaise longues and umbrellas. A dining place under the veranda is equipped with a tiled table and there is a fully furnished summer kitchen equiped with all the necessary facilities such as a fridge, an oven, a barbecue, a dishwasher and an outdoor shower.
Ground Floor :
A central room with a bar and 5 rooms. Each room is personalized: the patinas on the wall, the fabrics, the tapestries and the furnishings. Whatever room you choose, you will enjoy superb views over the village, thanks to the ideal location of the house. You will enjoy all the comforts you can expect (high quality bedding, bathrobes as well as flat screen television set).
2nd Level:
Large Salon with sofas, armchairs, Large screen Satelitte TV, DVD, dining room, fully equipped Kitchen with 3 ovens, large veranda , 2 terraces all with superb views, laundry with 2 washers and a dryer.

Bedroom Details
- Ground Floor Bedroom #1 -One double bed 1.60x2m, one sofa bed 0.90x1.90m, one bathroom with a large shower, two washbasins, and independent toilet. Maximum 3 people.
- Bedroom #2 - This large suite of 45m2 is air conditioned and has a four-poster bed and a comfortable sofa bed for 1 or 2 people that you can use during the day as a living area. The ensuite bathroom has two wash, a bathtub, and a toilet. Maximum four guests.
- Bedroom #3 - Twin bedded room, shower, toilet. Maximum two guests.
- Bedroom #4 -1 double bed, 1 sofa bed, bathroom, bathtub, toilet. Maximum three guests.
- Bedroom #5 - 3 single beds, ensuite bathroom with bath tub, toilet.
- Bedroom #6 - This is in fact a studio entirely furnished to give you all the privacy and independence you require within the main house. It has a double bed 1,60 x 2 meters, a living area with twin beds, an ancient wooden table, a fully furnished kitchen area, a bathroom with bath tub and toilet.
- Bedroom #7 is on the 3rd level - twin bedroom with shower, toilet.
