This beautiful 4 bedroom villa is situated a few kilometers from the ancient village of Malmantile and only 15 kilometers from Florence.

It is an original stone Florentine villa, built on the ruins of an ancient medieval tower.

Most of the rooms have vaulted ceilings. A 600 meter driveway leads to the house through the vast grounds of this property. The villa is situated in the center of an estate producing olive oil and wine.

The present owner has restored the ancient tower and converted it into a comfortable villa, furnishing it with antiques. Each of the four bedrooms has its own bathroom. From the garden, and especially from the pool, there are lovely views of the countryside and villages nearby. There is a private swimming pool and a tennis court.

  • Due to limited transportation in outlying and rural areas, a rental car is essential for stays at countryside villas in Italy. We are more than happy to arrange a car for you during your stay, please just let us know at time of booking.
  • Please note that Italy villas rent from Saturday to Saturday. Exceptions may be possible on a case by case basis and upon request.
  • The Italian government has implemented a Visitor’s Tax of €1.50 per person per day and applies to all overnight stays for the first seven days in the destination. This tax is payable to the local property manager.
