This lovely 4 bedroom property is located in the countryside, only 5 Kms from the center of San Gimignano famous for its beautiful towers.

The area is very well known for its unspoiled beauty and is a perfect base for exploring Tuscany.

Molino Santa Lucia is located in a quiet rural setting. This property, built in the 18th Century, was once a mill that has been recently bought and converted by a Scottish architect. He has restored it maintaining a pleasant contrast between the wonderful antique brick vaulted ceilings and the contemporary design of the furniture and interior.

There is a walled garden with terraces and lawn, a 11 m by 6 m swimming pool and 5 acres of grounds including a waterfall and millpond. The one-mile drive is not suitable for cars with low suspension or for nervous drivers.

Ground Floor:Large brick vaulted sitting room measuring 10m by 8m opening on to the garden and kitchen/breakfast room.

First Floor: Entrance; twin bedroom; 2 double bedrooms; 1 bathroom with shower and bath and separate utility area; 1 bathroom with shower only; master bedroom with full height glazed windows overlooking the garden with en suite bathroom.

  • The Italian government has implemented a Visitor’s Tax of €1.50 per person per day and applies to all overnight stays for the first seven days in the destination. This tax is payable to the local property manager.
