Modena Villa consists of 2 homes: the Main Villa (3 master suites, kitchen, living and dining room), and the Guest Villa (2 master suites, bar and lounge). The main house consists of 3 levels: Basement – which is inclusive of maid’s living quarters, laundry room, and a five-port garage. Ground Level – which is inclusive of a kitchen, living room, sitting room, dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (each with an outdoor shower and jacuzzi).
