Overview

ÀNI Shoal Bay is a private Anguillian estate, given over to one group at a time. Set above the powdery white sands of Shoal Bay, one of the Caribbean’s most celebrated beaches, the resort invites guests to relax, reconnect and explore. Shoal Bay is defined as much by its atmosphere as by its luminous turquoise waters: peaceful, understated and largely untouched by the pace of modern travel. Beyond the resort, Fountain Cavern National Park offers wildlife encounters and verdant tropical scenery, while Anguilla’s acclaimed culinary scene and vibrant island culture invite deeper discovery.

15 Ocean-View Suites 

ÀNI Shoal Bay’s 15 suites emphasize light, space and a close connection to the sea. Expansive glazing and private terraces open each suite to the outdoors, blurring the line between inside and out. Bespoke terracotta screens offer shade and bathe the suites in natural light. Each suite features a walk-in wardrobe with vanity station, a bedroom lounge, a seating area with TV and minibar, and a spacious bathroom with a soaking tub, dual vanities, and separate shower and toilet. Select suites overlook the resort’s private pools, while all enjoy views of the Caribbean Sea. Of these, 12 are fully wheelchair accessible.

Master Suite - The signature suite sits within the Main House, with a separate living room, freestanding bathtub and direct access to the 144sqm roof deck for outdoor lounging and dining. Furnished with a king-size bed and reached by elevator from the main living room, it is fully wheelchair accessible. 

Poolside Suites - Four suites occupy a two-story structure beside the infinity pool, each with a 20sqm private terrace and a king-size bed or twin beds. Two suites on each floor have connecting doors, ideal for families with young children, and three are fully wheelchair accessible. 

Beachfront Suites - Four suites sit just steps from the beach, each with a 20sqm private terrace and king-size bed or twin beds. Two first-floor suites feature private tropical garden showers and are fully wheelchair accessible. 

Shoal Bay Suites - Six suites occupy the first and second floors of the Main House, each with a 25sqm private terrace and a king-size bed or twin beds. Select suites overlook the infinity pool, and all are fully wheelchair accessible, with elevator access from the main living room.

Principal spaces such as the Main House, a Beach Club, a Kids Club and a Spa bring people together, providing a natural backdrop for celebrations and connection. Whether hosting an extended family vacation, a milestone occasion, a corporate retreat or a reunion of friends, the resort balances generous communal spaces with opportunities for seclusion. A dedicated team and a 1:1 guest-to-staff ratio support every stay.

The Spaces 

Beach Club - Set directly on the shoreline, the beach club offers 315 sqm of indoor and outdoor event and social space, including expansive terraces, a beachfront bar and supporting facilities. Designed for both relaxed gatherings and larger celebrations, it is equally suited to sunset cocktails, beachfront dinners and bespoke entertainment. As day turns into night, the beach club becomes a natural focal point, set against the backdrop of Shoal Bay. 

Kids Club - For younger guests, the 333sqm kids club is located on the first floor of the tower, offering a dedicated space for games, creative activities and supervised fun. A separate large children's pool, complete with a volleyball net and waterslide, along with indoor and outdoor play areas and supervised activity zones, offers a wide range of experiences for children of all ages. 

Main House - Positioned at the heart of the estate, the main house is the space where the group comes together. Soaring ceilings, natural materials and an open-plan layout create a sense of scale, while the elevated setting reveals expansive views across Shoal Bay. Flexible lounge and social spaces, including a sunken bar, a 190 sqm dining area and a 685 sqm pool deck, accommodate everything from relaxed mornings and quiet conversations to evening celebrations. 

Wellness

Spanning 460 sqm, the private spa offers a setting for wellness and restoration. Tailored treatments, therapeutic experiences and tranquil relaxation spaces are shaped around individual preferences and goals. Generous in scale and serene in atmosphere, the Spa is a retreat to unwind, recharge and renew.

Treatment Rooms - Two private treatment rooms accommodate both individual and shared sessions. Massage therapies, body scrubs and locally inspired experiences support relaxation, recovery and overall wellbeing. 

Steam Room - Inspired by the traditional hammam, this aromatic steam room helps ease muscle tension and open pores. It can be enjoyed as part of the hydrotherapy circuit or as a standalone treatment. 

Cold Plunge - This temperature-controlled cold plunge is designed to invigorate the body and stimulate circulation. Its cooling waters provide a refreshing contrast to heat therapies. 

Open-Air Spa - Set within the privacy of the walled garden, the open-air spa features warm water and hydro-massage jets. It offers a space to unwind before or after treatments. 

Beauty Services - A selection of beauty services includes hair treatments, deluxe manicures and pedicures. These provide a polished finishing touch to the wellness experience. 

Sports and Recreation 

ÀNI Shoal Bay offers an extensive range of recreation across the estate, from court sports and a Fitness Center to watersports off the beach. The Tower features an ocean-view Fitness Center and rooftop terrace, while floodlit courts support tennis, pickleball and basketball, complemented by coaching for all ages and abilities. A private putting green, pitching tees and bocce court offer a more relaxed pace of play. At the water’s edge, kayaks, paddleboards, a Hobie Cat and underwater scooters invite exploration of Shoal Bay from the sea.

Court Sports - Professional-grade floodlit courts accommodate tennis, pickleball, basketball and bocce throughout the day and into the evening. Guests can play independently or book personalized instruction and guided sessions. 

Fitness Center - The 50sqm fitness center, located on the second floor of the tower, is fitted with hi-tech cardio and resistance equipment to support a range of training goals. 

On the Water - Kayaks, paddleboards, a Hobie Cat and underwater scooters offer a way to explore Shoal Bay from the sea. Equipment is available for independent use or guided experiences. 

On the Sand - Beach volleyball and cornhole sit on the shoreline. Both are set up for friendly competition and family activities. 

Putting Green - A putting green with three pitching tees suits all skill levels. It offers a gentle challenge, equally suited to practice or casual play.
