The main salon, at the center of the villa, opens onto a large covered terrace with casual dining and living areas, perfect for entertaining. There is also a formal dining room, with a stunning marble dining table. The classically-shaped swimming pool is flanked by inviting chaise lounges and two enchanting gazebos. From the garden, step directly onto the shore and into the crystal blue waters of the Caribbean Sea. The lawn tennis court and small fitness room will keep you active, as will the nearby Sandy Lane, Royal Westmoreland and Apes Hill golf courses.

Leamington's three en-suite bedrooms feature charming décor, fine-quality linens and hand-painted furnishings, offering ample but cozy space for private relaxation. The luxurious master suite boasts a stunning canopied bed, opening onto a trellised sitting area and breathtaking views. 

Leamington Cottage, with an additional bedroom at the water's edge, can be rented with the main house.
