The fully equipped kitchen is a chefs delight and a perfect in kitchen bar with stools for a morning coffee and reading. The oval dining table that seats 6, opens into the living room. Unwind on the full-length sofa, or in the chaise lounge chair in front of the flat screen TV and the gas fireplace.

Glass doors open this area to the outdoors, where multiple seating areas offer a seat in front of the pool or around the fire pit. Also, for a fun afternoon visit, enjoy the martini lounge complete with a sofa, two chairs and a retro bar.
