Everything you’ll need to entertain, or simply provide for a hungry family, can be found in the professionally equipped kitchen, including Viking appliances. Or, grab a cocktail and watch the sunset as you grill outside on the built-in Viking gas grill on the deck.
This residence is designed for entertaining, with seating for 10 at the dining table and room to seat more at the kitchen island.
One Steamboat Place residences feature rich colors, natural textures, and sumptuous fabrics throughout. Each master bedroom offers a gas fireplace. The main master bath features a steam shower and Jacuzzi tub. In this residence, two bedrooms offer a king bed with a private bath. The third bedroom has two full beds, and the fourth bedroom offers an impressive bunk set up with two queens and two twin beds, all with private bathrooms.
The home office boasts an iMac home computer and high-speed WiFi allowing internet service for all guests. A printer is available at the front desk and guests can also videoconference with the front desk from the home office.

For a stay of 7 nights, a 10% discount will be applied to the daily rate
Other minimum lengths of stay restrictions may apply, including but not limited to a surcharge of 5% - 15% for shorter stays of 3 or 4 nights respectively where shorter stays are permitted. Weekly rates apply to all stays of 7 nights or more, and a 10% discount may be applied to the nightly rates.
