Overview

Sitting on the fifth floor, the Grouse Mountain Residence has a bird’s eye view of the outdoor fire pit in the One Steamboat Place plaza below. The open floor plan connects the living and dining areas to the kitchen with plenty of room for the entire group to gather.

Rest and relaxation is the name of the game as you sink into the comfortable furnishings in the great room while enjoying the fireplace.

The kitchen is professionally equipped with Viking appliances. From the deck, you can grill on your gas BBQ, as you look past the clock tower that sits atop the Steamboat Gondola building to watch skiers and riders make their last few turns at the base of the ski area.

This residence is designed for entertaining, with enough seating at the dining table for the whole family and more room at the kitchen island.

The master bedroom is a true retreat, sitting alone on one side of the residence. Along with a gas fireplace and king bed in the bedroom, the main master bath features a steam shower and Jacuzzi tub. On the other end of the residence, you will find the guest master with a king bed, sitting alongside a third bedroom with a queen, and a fourth with two full beds. All bedrooms have private bathrooms.

The home office boasts an iMac home computer and high-speed WiFi, allowing internet service for all guests. A printer is available at the front desk and guests can also videoconference with the front desk from the home office.

Tax Service Charge Details*
Please add 11.40% tax on all rates. Resort fees and cleaning fees are additional. Please add 5% service charge during Christmas/ New Year's. Guests are required to pay a service fee per residence of $20 daily / $125 weekly. This is a charge paid directly to the property. A credit card is required at check-in for this fee. Short Term Rental Tax at an extra 9% (on rent, cleaning fee and resort fee) that will be effective on ALL stays booked on 1/1/23 and after. The exemption to this would be reservations made on or before 12/31/22 for stays between 1/1/23 and 4/15/23. For stays booked on and before 12/31/22 for arrivals of 4/16/23 and after, this new tax WILL apply. Rates, taxes, and resort fee are subject to change. Confirm with your villa specialist. All rates are based upon a 5 night and 6 night stay during Winter and Summer Season. A surcharge will be applied for the following: 2 Night Stay - 50% applied to the daily rate 3 Night Stay - 15% applied to the daily rate 4 Night Stay - 5% applied to the daily rate For a stay of 7 nights, a 10% discount will be applied to the daily rate Other minimum length of stay restrictions may apply, including but not limited to a surcharge of 5% - 15% for shorter stays of 3 or 4 nights respectively where shorter stays are permitted. Weekly rates apply to all stays of 7 nights or more, and a 10% discount may be applied to the nightly rates.
