This stunning villa, ideal for family vacations or getaways with friends, offers a heated pool with massage pumps, a jacuzzi, a gym, and a private tennis court. Set on a 1,500 m² plot with 450 m² of living space, Villa 91 spans three floors and features a separate tavern for entertainment. Accommodating up to 12 guests (10+2), the villa includes five en-suite bedrooms, a children’s playroom, a spacious living area, and a fully equipped kitchen. 

The villa’s outdoor area is perfect for relaxation and socializing. A 50 m² heated pool is surrounded by sun loungers, parasols, and an outdoor shower. Guests can enjoy al fresco dining at the outdoor kitchen, equipped with a barbecue, bread oven, and a bar, or unwind in the comfortable seating areas. The private tennis court and optional instructor add an active element to your stay, while the jacuzzi on the upper terrace offers a peaceful retreat under the stars. 

The tavern is a unique highlight of Villa 91. Designed for leisure, it features painted walls, a professional billiard table, table football, and a projector screen for watching movies or sports. A second kitchen and Dalmatian grill add to the charm of this cozy space, making it perfect for gatherings. A large window overlooking the pool completes the experience, blending relaxation and entertainment.

Inside the villa, the ground floor includes a bright, open-plan kitchen with an island, state-of-the-art appliances, and a dining area. The living room, with its comfortable seating and LCD TV, opens directly onto the lush yard. A children’s playroom and a guest toilet are also on this level. The first floor houses four beautifully designed bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and private balcony with outdoor furniture. One bedroom features an additional single bed, while another includes a luxurious bathtub. All beds have adjustable bases for added comfort. The second floor boasts a master suite with a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and a spacious terrace. The terrace is equipped with a jacuzzi, sofas, sun loungers, and an outdoor TV, making it an ideal spot for relaxation with panoramic views. 

Fully air-conditioned with underfloor and wall heating, Villa 91 is perfect for stays year-round. The villa includes high-speed Wi-Fi, satellite TVs, a wine refrigerator, and premium kitchen appliances. Guests also have access to a washing machine, dryer, two baby cots, and two high chairs. Private parking for three vehicles is available on the property.
