The home offers guests a spacious, relaxed open floor plan with 4,210 sq. ft. under air-conditioning and a total area of 4,862 sq. ft. on three stories. The great room has walls of glass overlooking the lanai and waterfront, which provide beautiful views from the free-flowing kitchen, breakfast, dining, and entertainment seating areas. 

There are two large master suites on separate floors, each with 16 ft. of windows and a private waterfront balcony, a king bed, a private bath, and a walk-in closet. 

There are also two guest bedrooms: one with a queen bed, and the other with two twin beds. These bedrooms share a single bathroom. 

The first floor has a powder room and a laundry room with a commercial washer and dryer.
