Upon entering, and a few steps past the foyer, you’ll notice the expansive living/ dining/ kitchen area, furnished with contemporary furniture and high-end kitchen appliances.
Overview
In fact, the kitchen features dual refrigerators
and dishwashers to make preparing meals for large groups a breeze. The spacious
living area features a large comfy sectional and 86 inch mounted flat-screen
television and becomes the foundation of a memorable family night. A large
dining table with lots of seating can be found to the right of the kitchen.
The ground floor gets plenty of natural
light, thanks to the large glass panel sliding door which is also your access
to your very own private resort-style pool. A large gourmet Weber grill and
stylish Caribbean inspired pool furniture can also be found on the pool deck
for all of your entertainment and relaxation needs.
Speaking of entertainment, head to the beach party garage game room and challenge someone to a game of ping-pong or foosball then head upstairs to the yacht inspired game room to play a round of pool and watch Jaws in the under-the-sea movie theater.
When you’re ready to call it a night, head to one of the 12 bedrooms including two master suites with attached spa-like en-suites. There are numerous themed bedrooms with bunk beds which the kids will surely love.
Encore Club
You’ll find the exclusive community of Encore to be conveniently located minutes away from all of the top attractions, tons of restaurants, and more shopping than you’ll be able to handle. Stroll the well-manicured grounds of the resort and find beach volleyball courts, a clubhouse with restaurants and bars, and many cozy seating areas.
Please note: The Encore waterpark access is not available as the HOA has many restrictions. Jimmy Buffett's Island H2O, a much larger and advanced waterpark is a mere 10-minute drive away.

This home will be stocked with a very limited starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.Contactless check-in is anytime after 4 pm with checkout anytime before 10 am
Parties are not permitted. The registered guest will need to be 25+, excessive use of the property/ extra cleaning required/ failure to follow checkout procedures/ breech of rental agreement will result in steep additional charges
Guests will have access to park 5 cars, if you’re planning on bringing more please inquire first
The pool & spa located in the backyard can be heated for an additional cost. Pool heat is required to heat the spa as they cannot be separated
Access to Encore’s waterpark and transportation are not included in this rental (due to resort restrictions) but you can still have room service delivered
A photocopy of your drivers license and credit card may be required upon check-in
