Overview

With sea views from every room, the property enjoys beautiful vistas towards the Mediterranean, the old town and the surrounding mountains, combining the character of an Italian-inspired family home with a relaxed setting designed for comfortable holidays.

The villa has been thoughtfully renovated while retaining elements of its original 1930s Italian character. Bright and welcoming interiors open naturally towards the sea-facing terraces, creating an easy connection between the house, garden and surrounding landscape. The main living and dining area accommodates up to 12 guests, while the fully equipped kitchen, with its central wooden table for six, provides a convivial space for cooking and informal meals. A fireplace adds warmth during the cooler months.

Each room benefits from views of the sea and the villa is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden with mature olive trees, bougainvillea, jasmine, roses and citrus trees, creating a private and leafy setting.

Outside, the heated infinity pool, available for heating on request and secured by a safety barrier, is surrounded by terraces and garden areas. Two outdoor dining areas accommodate 8 and 12 guests, complemented by an outdoor lounge and private parking for three cars. A petanque court and small library provide additional spaces for relaxing and enjoying the property at a leisurely pace.

Villa Camelia is ideally suited to enjoying the Cap d’Antibes lifestyle, with a small pebble cove located just 100 meters from the villa and the coastal path nearby. The historic center of Antibes, local markets, beaches and restaurants are all within easy reach, while the wider Côte d’Azur provides plenty of opportunities for day trips and outdoor activities.
