Le Clos de Louy is attached to the Chateau de Louy, a 17th century private chateau which is listed as a historic monument. Adjacent to the chateau but entirely separate is Le Clos de Louy, comprising 220 square meters, and entirely restored, forming a tidy scene of elegance, tranquility, comfort, and modernity. The gentle atmosphere of the region and the light falling through the turrets of the chateau bring a sense both of rest and of convivial shared moments. The large garden, gravel terrace and the spa are south-facing and receive sun all day long.
Le Cloy de Louy is an exclusive residence for a stay in the Loire Valley where visitors can discover the chateaux of the Loire, visit vineyards and wine producers and explore little towns and villages of the region. Known as the garden of France, the Loire offers numerous products from the local “terroir” to discover in the farmer’s markets and restaurants. For sports lovers, tennis, horseback riding, cycling, jogging along vineyards and golf can punctuate the day.
