Seasonally adjusted resort fees paid directly to the resort are calculated per person per day and are based on the age of each guest. Current resort fees are: Infants: Complimentary (ages 0-4), Children: $37-115 (ages 5-13), Adults: $75-$230 (Ages 14+). Rental guests have a one-time opportunity to opt in for resort access during their visit. The entire household (not to exceed maximum occupancy) is required to opt in for a minimum of 2 consecutive days with no breaks in between, the party must either opt in or out as a group. The group may opt-in for one block of consecutive days (a minimum of two days required) rather than for the entirety of the stay if desired. During the Peak (1/6/25-1/18/25, 3/8/25-3/22/25, 6/13/25-8/31/25) and Peak of Peak season (2/14/25-2/22/25, 3/23/25-4/24/25, 11/21/25-11/29/25) rental guests will be eligible to submit their amenity access requests with Club Concierge 30 days prior to the start of their resort access date.
