Unit 14 is one of nine Colonnade Luxury condos and has a seamless blend of sophistication and elegance with a panoramic view of Bald Mountain.

Unit 14 offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms with an open floor plan. The master bedroom features a king size bed with a goose down comforter and includes a walk-in closet, large, flat screen television, and a fantastic view of Bald Mountain. Just off the master bedroom is the master bath with an oversize bathtub, separate tile shower, and heated tumbled marble flooring. Please note that AC is not central AC but portable units in the master and living room. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a goose down comforter, flat screen television, closet and a full private tiled bath. The third bedroom also contains a queen size bed with a goose down comforter and television with the third bath and shower just off the entry hall.

The heated one-car garage has ski racks available for storage of your skis and boots.

To maintain the integrity of this property, no smoking or pets are allowed. Please note this property is not suitable for children under the age of 12.
