The villa is conveniently located on the western cost of Sicily, near the major tourist spots of Erice, Segesta, the picturesque Salt Pans of Marsala, Mozia, Castellamare del Golfo and San Vito Lo Capo – all about a 20-minute drive.
This recently renovated semi-attached property, which has been in the family since the 1800s, cleverly combines traditional elegance and modern luxury with the natural beauty of the surroundings.

Beamed ceilings, original stone walls, warm wooden details and traditional pieces, balanced with casually contemporary details, create a timeless atmosphere throughout the space. The good balance between classic and contemporary is what makes this property so desirable. The ground floor is multi-leveled with some steps between the rooms.

On the ground floor is the dining room with comfortable seating for up to eight guests. From here, chestnut stairs lead to the upper floor where typical original Sicilian tiled floors have been used throughout.

The spacious sitting room features a TV area (65” flat screen TV) with a large arched picture window facing the back garden, and a mix of traditional and contemporary furniture. This airy room is an ideal place to relax and enjoy some quiet time indoors while reading your favorite book, or one taken from the library collection available on the shelves.

A well-equipped professional stainless-steel and granite kitchen, with a central island and automatic skylights, is at guests’ disposal or may be used by the chef to hire during the stay. The computerized oven and 4-minute cycle dishwasher make cooking an absolute joy.

The living room has a large sofa and 50” flat-screen TV, and wide French doors leading out to the front veranda and garden. There is a separate laundry area with a washing machine and bathroom.

Aieri features three different outdoor areas: the front garden surrounded by jasmine, a glass covered patio with al-fresco living area; the side garden with shade, table, chairs and BBQ area for casual meals next to the pool and two roof terraces with sunbeds, perfect spots for sunbathing or for enjoying a cocktail before dinner admiring the breathtaking view of the Sicilian countryside. There is a private panoramic black salt-water infinity pool (11m x 7m x 1.40 m) and sun deck area as well as an organic vegetable garden.

This property captures the true essence of leisure and it is perfect for small groups of friends – the bedrooms are far away from each other guaranteeing complete privacy. The location is peaceful and yet not isolated, in fact other houses are nearby. The closest serviced village is only 1 km away, 300 m from a restaurant and supermarket 500 m. In short, Aieri offers everything you could want from a vacation property with all the comforts of home. The area is served by two airports, respectively: Trapani 20 minutes and Palermo about 50 minutes away.
