Overview

Here, one can enjoy majestic landscapes, calming serenity, and a sophisticated atmosphere. It is very difficult to resist the charm of the lake – the same charm that inspired many celebrities to purchase property along its shores. Diranda is located just a  six minute drive north of Menaggio — one of the many cozy towns with a buzzing dining, entertainment and shopping scene, and a convenient public ferry terminal. Perched on a hill, the villa reserves a vibrant welcome to its guests with breathtaking views over the lake.

The villa’s main social space is quite generous and apt to give anyone the fuel they need to relax and recharge. The inviting sitting room with stunning lake view boasts comfortable, plush sofas. Adjacent, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with table that sits comfortably 8 guests, with access to the terrace. A reading room with sat TV, DVD, billiard table, and access to the garden is available on the lower level.

A covered glass patio is in front of the villa to enjoy al fresco meals or spend relaxing time under the shades. The heated swimming pool, with furnished sundeck, is located in the fenced 10,000 square foot manicured garden, a safe space for kids to play and have fun.

The villa is child-friendly and boasts great panoramic lake views. You can reach the lake shore walking 400 meters, and you are only 5-minute on foot from the bus stop if you want to use public transportation to get around. For large groups, the villa can be rented together with Villa Dada, located a short stroll away.
