Expansive, spectacular main salon, whose large panoramic windows create a pleasant sense of continuity between the garden and the lake.
Entertainment room with fireplace and a very large smart TV with Netflix and other streaming apps, dedicated audio system, and electronic and board games.
Formal dining room with fireplace, filled with natural light and overlooking the lake, accommodating up to 12 guests.
On the opposite side of the room, an elegant Chesterfield-style sitting area. The library room has direct access to the garden and is enhanced by period furniture.

Lower Floor
The spa area includes a small fitness space, a massage room, an emotional shower, an antique cold-plunge tub, and a spacious Turkish bath.

Several gazebos are scattered throughout the park, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the serenity of the setting. Heated, panoramic saltwater swimming pool (16 x 7 meters); outdoor shower; covered patio with lounge and dining furniture, complete with outdoor kitchen and BBQ.

An elevator, accommodating up to seven people, provides access between the garage and all levels of the property.
The house chef has extensive culinary experience. When not busy preparing lunches or dinners, he actively assists the housekeeper with tidying and cleaning the residence.
Use of the kitchen for meal preparation is reserved exclusively for the villa's chef.
The chef's and housekeeper's Sunday day off can be moved to another day upon guests' request.
The housekeeper serves at the table for lunches and dinners.
No third-party suppliers are allowed: all services are provided exclusively by villa management and in-house staff.
No smoking villa.
Pets not allowed.
Check-in: from 4:00pm — Check-out: by 10:00am.
The villa is staffed by a resident chef and housekeeper, who live in a separate apartment in the villa's garden to ensure the best service — guests' privacy is guaranteed.
