Living Spaces

The villa features ample social spaces, all very well appointed. The beautiful cotto and wooden floors, the stunning vaulted brick ceilings, the marble used in many rooms and the expensive fixtures provide understated elegance and create a welcoming ambiance.

Ground Floor: The open space plan includes a large dining area that sits up to 12 guests, a large living room with working fireplace and plush comfortable sofas, a TV room, and a great spacious fully equipped chef kitchen.

First Floor: There is a living room with working fireplace and access to the garden via an exterior staircase.

Outdoor Features

A manicured garden surrounds the villa, which offers stunning views of the Tuscan landscape. A private swimming pool is sided by a furnished sundeck and a covered patio perfect for dining al fresco.

Important note regarding Chef/ Cook Services: All Chef/Cook services need to be arranged by your Concierge. Only Villa approved Chef/Cooks can be used. This also pertains to In-Villa cooking lessons.
Due to limited transportation in outlying and rural areas, a rental car is essential for stays at countryside villas in Italy. We are more than happy to arrange a car for you during your stay, please just let us know at time of booking.
Please note that Italy villas rent from Saturday to Saturday. Exceptions may be possible on a case by case basis and upon request.
