Ground Floor

The traditional villa décor is exquisitely selected among the owner’s family heirlooms. Old and new are mixed in a remarkable way. The welcoming and elegant dining room offers a great space for entertaining and boasts a long table seating up to 12, and comfortable upholstered chairs, allowing for formal dinners to celebrate your gatherings. This room opens onto a panoramic terrace. A spacious living room with ample seating and a romantic fireplace is next to the dining room. The adjacent large breakfast room gives an intimate feel thanks to the warm wood paneling, red brick wall, and open-hearth fireplace. A contemporary kitchen serves the dining and the breakfast room, which the caring villa staff will use to prepare your breakfasts and dinners at the villa. A cozy sitting room with a TV, and a library with a fireplace are also located on this floor, perfect areas for when you want to enjoy some time to yourself. Two guest bathrooms complete this floor.

First Floor

A spacious sitting room with stunning frescoed walls makes for a comfortable reading and relaxing spot on this floor. The adjacent living room could be the gathering place for a quiet conversation in front of a nightcap.

Outside Features
