This villa sits on a lot that has great ocean and golf views of the Jack Nicklaus signature golf course. This four-bedroom and five-bath home offers ocean views from the master, living, dining and kitchen area. You will find marble and granite finishes throughout this newly-built villa.

Since you will be outside most of the time, you will enjoy the outdoor living areas that include a wet bar covered by a Palapa, table for eight, gas grill and a large terrace for lounging under the sun.

Casa Juan Miguel can be rented as a two-or-four-bedroom villa. If you need an additional home or two, we also have Agave Azul and Casa Stamm, which, if added together, would total 13 bedrooms together with Casa Juan Miguel. A perfect location for a family reunion, corporate getaway or wedding celebration.

We provide additional services to you at no extra cost, some of those services include: Pre-planning your vacation, one complimentary airport to villa transfer for up to six passengers, your pre-arrival grocery shopping and stocking, arrival cocktails and appetizer, a dedicated concierge, daily breakfast preparation first morning, housekeeping and daily delivery of the NY Times fax.
