Enjoy a magical stays at Hacienda Mágica, a gorgeous boutique villa with stunning architecture and a luxuriant and vibrant Mexican style. A full service villa with Gourmet chef concierge and butler service. Our staff is on hand to make sure your every wish comes true. Hacienda Mágica is located on the sandy shores of the Fatima Bay beach.
Hacienda Mágica is able to host weddings and events onsite year round. For larger groups, corporate Retreats, Weddings and Events Hacienda Mágica may also be rented with Hacienda Corazon and Hacienda Del Mar next door. The Hacienda Estate may host events of 250 guests and offer luxurious suites for 90 guests. We have other villas close by for further guests.

The villa is very close to the center of Puerto Aventuras, which is located around a marina where you’ll find Dolphin Discovery, international restaurants, grocery stores, boutiques and post office.There is also a Golf course, tennis facilities and skate board park close-by.
Puerto Aventuras is conveniently located to take advantage of the many places to visit in the area, including Mayan Ruins, Cenotes, stunning beaches, Eco parks Xcaret, Xelha, Xplor, work class suba diving and dave diving, Hidden Worlds and much more.

Only our in-house chefs are permitted at the Haciendas.
Only registered guests staying at Hacienda Magica Puerto Aventuras are permitted on the property
All bedrooms with two twin beds can be pushed together to make a king-size bed upon request
Guests pay a price per person per day for the meal plan (includes food and soft drinks).
Alcoholic beverages are available at an additional, plus 20% shopping fee.
Under Puerto Aventuras bylaws Music is permitted until 11:00 pm.
Holiday Season, Christmas and New Year, rate + taxes for the whole house, rate includes 2 guests per bedroom, VIP all inclusive (food, beverages, soft drinks and liquors), one round trip transportation from/to airport for a group of guests arriving/leaving at the same time.
