The house features a single-level layout, centered around a spacious open-plan living area that combines the kitchen, dining, and lounge spaces. With floor-to-ceiling windows on both sides, the design promotes a seamless flow and connection to the outdoors. These expansive windows slide open to reveal the pool and garden on one side and a cozy courtyard with seating on the other, allowing natural light to fill the interior.
