Villa Ecoute Les Vagues is a 3-bedroom villa located on Flamands Beach within steps of the beach and minutes from shopping.

The comfortable living room with high ceilings opens onto the pool terrace, which faces the ocean view. A breakfast bar separates the well-equipped kitchen from the living room. A dining area with seating for 6 guests is located under a covered terrace near the kitchen, while a second, small dining area is located in front of the living room and has seating for 4 guests.

The master bedroom offers an ensuite bathroom with double vanity and a walk-in shower. The 2 other bedrooms share a bathroom.

Tropical vegetation and coconut trees surround the property. Loungers are located on the sunning deck near the pool, making this an ideal spot to sunbathe or work poolside. The house also has WiFi, a charcoal barbecue, and French satellite TV.

Villa Ecoute Les Vagues comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children but does not allow pets.

NOTE: A rental unit is located on the lower level with separate entrance, and guest's privacy is assured.
