While the spacious deck and its pool may be the main attraction, the villa itself offers plenty of space in a compact design, and can be fully air-conditioned. Screens are on every door and window of each room for those who prefer to enjoy the natural Caribbean breezes, but prefer to keep pesky bugs out. The living space is divided into a seating area, dining, and the fully equipped, modern kitchen.

The bedrooms are accessed from the outside, and situated on either side of the villa. Each room has a European king-sized bed, his and her closets, and ensuite bathroom with shower.
