Overview

The villa was named after a project by American contemporary artist, Eduardo Kac, whose work can be seen throughout the villa. With this, the owners of villa Edunia seemingly want to demonstrate that, while their villas on the island may seem similar, each villa is in fact quite different. Situated high on the Lurin hillside above Gustavia, the villa offers breathtaking ocean views and cooling breezes.

Built on two levels, there is ample space for a big family or couples vacationing together. The large main room with the kitchen and living room can be closed off and air-conditioned or fully opened up on both sides. A garden space in the rear offers seating and a grill area, but the main outdoor space is by the pool that extends out front where a large dining table, a cozy seating space and loungers are all well placed to fully benefit from the views.

Three bedrooms are on either side of the pool and a fourth bedroom is situated on the lower floor with private access and parking. All bedrooms have U.S. king-sized beds that can be separated into two twins, dressing area and en-suite bathrooms with showers.

During high season guests receive access to the Form Fitness sports center and complimentary breakfast of fresh baguette and pastries.
