Overview

Villa Mirande is a 4-bedroom villa located in Pointe Milou within minutes of 2 beaches and shopping. This villa offers exquisite sunset views from the deck and living room.

The interior is modern with a large, glass dining table and black, granite countertops complementing white lacquered cabinets in the kitchen.

The living room opens to a large deck with plenty of loungers and a small plunge pool with infinity edge. The kitchen comes with modern amenities and an extra refrigerator. Both the living and kitchen areas can be air-conditioned when the shutters are closed.

Two master bedrooms are on either side of the living room. Each bedroom has a queen-size bed and a modern ensuite bathroom with a large showerhead.

The third and fourth bedrooms are on the lower level and are furnished with twin beds that can be made into a king-size bed. The house also comes with complimentary water and soda, WiFi, an iPod docking station with a sound system, and French satellite TV.

Villa Mirande comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for children, ages 10 and older.
