Villa Xanadu is designed over three independent, single-story buildings, except one mezzanine bedroom. The main building houses the bright and comfortable living room, with a lounge featuring a sofa and a large HD screen. The wide opening onto the terrace with swimming pool creates a soothing atmosphere in this air-conditioned living room, which can also be opened to let the trade winds gently blow through the room. 

The kitchen is located in a separate bungalow also overlooking the pool. Fully equipped, it features an al fresco dining area for eight people on the poolside.

Villa Xanadu's terrace is a true tropical paradise. In the center you’ll find the property's lovely private swimming pool, overlooking the bay of St-Jean. From here, the translucent waters sparkle through the lush vegetation of the rolling hills. Some comfy deckchairs surround the pool for delightful reading or relaxing sessions under the sun. In addition, two small outdoor lounges are available under the covered terraces, the ideal place to quietly sip a cocktail. In this idyllic scenery, the lush palm trees provide an exquisite, exotic touch, making this very private terrace the perfect place to relax and enjoy St-Barths’ amazing light.

The villa rental Xanadu consists of four air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and Euro king-size beds, two of which overlook the bay. Two of the bedrooms are located in the main building near the living room, while the third one is upstairs on the mezzanine under the vaulted ceiling and features a magnificent parquet flooring; the fourth one is in an independent bungalow with a small private lounge, for complete autonomy. The decor is bright and cozy, with comfortable fabrics and wide openings onto the outside. Set on the hillside above the bay and facing St-Barths’ airport, villa Xanadu is the perfect place for up to eight people vacationing in the Caribbean beauty.
